Every job starts with the service call — that's the flat fee that gets a tech and a van to you, with diagnosis included. From there, parts are at cost-plus and labor is hourly. That's it.
Every job gets a written or verbal estimate before we touch anything. If the diagnosis uncovers something else mid-repair, we stop, call you, and quote it. You decide. No "while we were in there" charges.
