Do you really come to my house?

Yes. That's the whole point. We bring the shop to your driveway, office parking lot, apartment carport, or wherever your vehicle is parked. Most repairs that don't require a lift can be done on the spot.

What's the service-call fee?

$75 flat. That covers the tech rolling out to you, a full diagnostic, and the first hour of labor. If you choose not to do the repair, you pay only that. No diagnostic fee on top.

How much is labor after the first hour?

$75 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Same rate whether we're at your driveway or our shop. No shop fees, no environmental surcharge, no hidden line items.

Do you do transmission work?

Not in the field. Transmission rebuilds need a lift and a tear-down bench. If yours needs work, we'll diagnose it mobile (free, included in the service call) and coordinate the repair at our Supercanic shop in Riverside or Hemet.

Are you actually licensed and insured?

Yes. Supercanic operates under Technologicall LLC, licensed by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. Fully insured, including a garage-keepers policy that covers your vehicle while we're working on it.

Do you work on diesels?

Yes — light- and medium-duty diesel. Fuel systems, glow plugs, regen issues, DEF, injectors, turbo work. We don't do heavy commercial truck overhauls, but everything up to a one-ton diesel pickup is in scope.

Same-day appointments?

Most calls before noon get serviced same-day across greater Riverside. Emergencies (no-start, dead battery, brake failure, won't shift) get prioritized regardless of when you call.

What if I'm outside Riverside city limits?

We cover all of greater Riverside — Moreno Valley, Corona, Jurupa Valley, Eastvale, Norco, and out to Mira Loma, Rubidoux, Glen Avon, and beyond. Call and tell us your zip. If we don't cover it directly, we'll point you to the right Supercanic location.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. 12 months / 12,000 miles on parts and labor for most repairs. Manufacturer warranty applies to parts beyond that. Get the warranty terms in writing on your receipt.

How do I pay?

Cash, credit/debit, Zelle, or Apple Pay. We take payment when the work is done. No deposit required for service calls.

Can I buy my own parts?

Yes, but we don't warranty parts we didn't supply. If you bring your own, you're betting the part is good — we'll install it and labor-warranty our work, but the part itself is on you.

Will you do fleet accounts?

Yes. Multi-vehicle scheduling, priority turnaround, and one consolidated invoice. We service construction crews, delivery vans, and small sales fleets across the Inland Empire. Call to set up an account.
